They were born in 1990's and they are obviously teenagers right now.New world as it is,they face the fairly new environment,which is full of tension and challenge.In China,vie results in development,so the young     generation undoubtedly should be more creative in order that they add new things to the life.Due to the cruel competition nowadays,they are less sympathetic than previous generations.

First things first,modern world is developing rapidly,and new inventions come about day by day,so it is an    era that everything weeds out the new from the old.Such a situation requires that one should be creative.As a result,cruelty becomes a symbol of competition.What if one has mercy on his or her rivals?Obviously he or she will be eliminated from the social competitions.However,previous generations were born in less        competitive years.Hence,the young people born in 1990's are more creative but less sympathetic.

Secondly,the education in China nowadays focuses on cultivating students' full-scale development,that is,
quality-oriented education.The young people born in 1990's had been taught the skills of playing the              instruments,dancing,painting,skating,etc before they enter the secondary school.The teenagers are             following in order and advancing step by step to adapt themselves to social acquirements,as different skills provide them with different creative minds.Previous generations suffered much from the test-oriented           education,so many of them become simple-minded employees without challenges or imaginations,and       typically,they are normally kind to others,sympathetic to the people who lose their jobs.Nevertheless, the     young people are rushing to compete against others in order to live better,so sympathy sometimes may kill their ambitions.

Thirdly,the young people well understand the saying,"America does not believe tears."The saying tells          people a truth that sympathy does not make sense in the modern society."To be or not to be,it is the           question."The famous monologue in "Hamlet"indicates that the world is definitely practical to everyone.        Creativity brings the life quite a lot of fortunes.Many Japanese bosses require their staffs to give a new idea to the companies,and what those bosses require are so-called brain storms.

In conclution,the young people born in 1990's encounter a rather different period from ever before.To get     access to the modern life,the teenagers endeavor to think and to create.The cruel competition sweeps        away the sympathy.
